Practical information about delivery, collection, returns and consumer withdrawal rights for webshop orders.
Available shipping methods and costs are shown in the cart and during checkout. Costs may depend on the destination country and order value.
Where free shipping applies, the webshop calculates this automatically. Separate delivery arrangements agreed with business customers may take precedence.
A stated delivery time is generally an estimate. If an item is unavailable or delayed, we will contact you.
When collection is available, you can select it during checkout. No shipping costs are charged for collection.

If you purchase as a consumer through our webshop, most products are subject to a statutory 14-day cooling-off period. This generally starts on the day after you receive the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, clearly inform us within the cooling-off period. Preferably contact us first at verkoop@be-jo.com or +31 (0)594 500425 so we can provide return instructions or a return form.
After notifying us of withdrawal, return the product within the statutory period. Direct return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the law requires otherwise or BE-JO has agreed to bear them.
You may inspect the product as you could in a shop. If it has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, a reduction in value may be deducted where permitted by law.
For a valid withdrawal, we refund the amounts to which you are legally entitled. For full withdrawal of a consumer order, this generally includes the original standard delivery costs.
We may wait to refund until we have received the product or until you provide evidence that it has been returned, in accordance with the applicable statutory rules.
Some products are legally excluded from the right of withdrawal, for example products made to your specifications, clearly personalised products or other products covered by a statutory exception.
Where an exception applies, we will inform you before the agreement is concluded where required.
The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to business purchases. Business returns are governed by your arrangements with BE-JO and our terms and conditions. Always contact us before returning a business order.
Contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and product number. Add photos where possible. Please do not treat this as a normal return before receiving our return instructions.
We use necessary technologies for features such as login and the shopping cart. Optional analytics and external/marketing services are off by default.
